Zoe's First Thanksgiving!!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I made a wonderful rib roast with a hirseradish encrusted skin, and all the traditional Thanksgiving side dishes. Dad came over and marveled in the beauty of me (daughter) and Zoe (granddaughter).

We ate like Kings and sat comotose watching cheesy movies after. Allan had to work, and Nat and Dario escaped to Yosemite, so it was the three of us.

The pictures of Zoe are adorable, and as you look through the many pics on this page, you can see her baby fat shedding.

Current Zoe statistics:

WEIGHT: 21.75 pounds
HEIGHT: 27 in.
EATING: lots of veggies ( I homemake her soup) fruits (bananas) biscuits, and cheese. She also LOVES her cheerio (like) cereal.

Zoe is almost 10 months and very mobile! She is crawling everywhere and FAST! She crawls sometimes faster than I walk: P

Zoe, Mama and Papi are so proud of you. You are THE best thing that ever happened to us. We are more than grateful for your personality, your curiosity, and your loving ways. We believe in you and your dreams....

First Fall 07'

Wow!

As the end of the year approaches, so does the 1st year of my life! Me and mommy and daddy live in the San Fernando Valley now, where the mornings and evenings are cold!

I had my very 1st Halloween where I dressed as a pumpkin: ) I looked adorable but the costume was very uncomfortable. But it made mommy happy.

I am excited for my 1st Christmas! I can't wait to see all the presents I get from Santa Claus.

7 months and growing fast!

As the summer comes to an end, so does the first half year of Zoe Bella's life! She is 7 1/2 months now and growing so fast...Her current developmental milestones include:

Crawling (everywhere and anywhere)
Teething (she has her two bottom)
Talking (mama and dada, nana and lala)
Pushing things away she doesn't like such as certain foods or clothes (peas)
Pulling herself up to stand! (this is new as of this week)
Sleeping (almost) through the night!!!

We are so amazed everyday with the growth of our little princess. She is a very bright, and easy baby.

In closing, we are sad to see our nanny Adriana Ramirez leave the family. Allan and I have decided to enter Zoe Bella into a daycare facility. We believe she needs more activity and friends!!! This is a new chapter in her/our lives and we can't wait to share these new times with you.

Father's Day

What a day!!!! Allan's very 1st Daddy's Day...and of course great family time. We all went to Will Rogers State Park to watch the polo matches. Lots of sun and fun...mommy got sunburnt!!!

Mama & Me & Papa too.....

Well guys,

Time is flyin' by! I am almost 4 months. It feels like just yesterday when mama and papa took me home from the hospital. I am very content in my new life here. My parents give me a lot of love every day. I am eating a lot too, and smiling and pooing and peeing too.

Mama's birthday is tomorrow so I am going to hang out with my auntie and uncle Dario! I love when my auntie watches me. She takes good care of me, and gives me lots of besosy abrazos. She also just bought me a pretty dollie from NYC!!! The dollie looks like me. When I am older I will play with her.

14 weeks!!!

Wow!! Time is flying by. Zoe Bella is almost 4 months! I can't believe it. Our little princess sleeps about 3-4 hours at a time, smiles ALOT, and has a good time playing ah-goooooooooo with her papi. She is very expressive and has a lot to say. She got her ears pierced on CINCO DE MAYO, and she cried, but no more than I did : P In fact, she was very brave.

Zoe Bella is growing fat. We like to call her gordita ; ) and she sure lives up to the name. She is thriving on her formula, and now has passed the 4 oz. mark. Now she is eating 5-6 oz. at a time!

My first Mother's Day was so wonderful. Allan, Natasha, Dario, Dad, Zoe and I went to Manhattan Beach for dinner. They spoiled me with gifts and compliments for being a new mom. I think Zoe deserves the compliments more. She is such a GODD BABY.

Me and Allan are blessed, and it becomes more and more amazing with each passing day.

Woohooo!!!

Zoe Bella is 11 weeks old. She is really growing fast. All of her onsies don't fit; ( She is cooing more and more everyday. Her smile is contagious. Auntie Asha came over last night for a little one on one time with little Zoe. We all had a great visit.

Zoe hits her 3 month mark next Monday, and although last night was a difficult night sleeping ( woke up 4 times!) I believe by 4 months she will be sleeping through the night.

Little Baby Girl..

Oh Gosh, she gives me ooties.. What are ooties? It's something that started a long time ago. It's the feeling you have to SQUEEZE something or someone when too much emotion rushes through you. Zoe Bella does that to me. She gives me waves of feeling that I can't quite translate and sometimes I need to take a step back, breathe and then hug her softly. Not too tight, like my ooties make me want to.

She's the newest love of our life. thank you Zoe Bella for being born. We love you.

La Princesita....

Thank you for visiting our blog dedicated to the little princess in our lives...Zoe Bella. She is the reason for everything! We are excited to have this great opportunity of sharing photos, stories, and experiences with Zoe with our friends and family from around the world.

Today is a beauiful day here in Santa Monica. I am in the salon, while Zoe is at home with her new nanny, Adriana Ramirez. Adriana is a wonderful nanny. She is orginally from Mexico City. She is very patient and kind, and we trust her with our little bundle of joy.

Allan is enjoying his friend Kike who traveled here from Honduras over a week ago to visit. It's nice to have visitors, expecially a family friend of Allan's.

All in all, life is now a routine..but a good routine!

Zoe is now 10 1/2 weeks and 11 pounds 22 inches! We call her Gordita now because she eats alot.
